The Senior Awards Assembly will be held tomorrow, May 11 at 1:00 pm in the High School Auditorium. Seniors need to be here dressed and ready by 11:30 am. All friends and family are invited! This event will be live streamed on the Newport School District Facebook Page.
Graduation will be held Friday night, May 12th, at 7:00 pm at Greyhound Field. If rain causes us to move inside for graduation, the ceremony will be live streamed in the auditorium for overflow.
Today at 12:30 there will be a sendoff for the Lady Greyhound Softball team as they head to Lincoln to play in the State Tournament! They will leave from the Fieldhouse and go in front of the Tech Science and Cafeteria. Help us wish them luck! They play in the first round of the State Tournament tomorrow at 3:00 vs Mayflower.
The NHS plant sale is going on today through Friday in the Greenhouse.
The Sports Banquet is tonight at 6:00 pm in the NHS cafeteria. Tickets are $10 and the guest speaker will be Theo Young.
