Food Safety and Nutrition classes would like to thank the Arkansas Beef Council for providing the Arkansas Beef grant to our school. This grant allows schools to purchase beef and other ingredients for foods labs. Our FS&N classes prepared "Walking Tacos" by using ground beef and bags of chips that were cut open to create a bowl for the ingredients. Best Walking Tacos around!!!
